We use 7 CamRacers to connect Arri Amiras to our OB.
The Ereca CamRacers provide a reliable, easy to use 4k or HD link back to our gallery. We have tried other solutions in the past but have found that the CamRacers provide the best solution when using Arri cinema cameras. Arri cameras need a high amount of power at startup which we quickly discovered that other fiber systems could not reliably power these cameras over long distances which caused us huge problems. Since switching to CamRacers we have never had an instance where a camera didn’t power or work properly.
We have used the CamRacers for years and would highly recommend them to anyone who need to operate cameras over long distances.
